Returns. We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably.
- 30 days for defective items upon in-store purchase or item delivery. 2 weeks for any other reason. Return Shipping is responsibility of customer.
- Only store credit, no cash returns. May exchange for an item of equal or lessor value.
- Items returned must be in the same condition as when they were sold. We reserve the right to refuse items returned with obvious use or in a condition other than that when purchased.
- Absolutely no returns on salvage items.
